If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
  • Footwear (due to direct contact with feet)
  • Gloves (due to direct contact with hands)
  • Hats/Headgear (due to direct contact with head/hair)

This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges.
