At Arctery Clothing Shop, we equip adventurers across the globe. We strive to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate fee of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country’s customs processes. We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the performance and quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Footwear (due to direct contact with feet)
- Gloves (due to direct contact with hands)
- Hats/Headgear (due to direct contact with head/hair)
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without an RA number.
- Ship your eligible item(s) to our Returns Department at the address below.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment.
